Resort Rental Property

Our clients purchased this home to use it as a resort getaway and rental property. It was decorated in an out-of-date 80s look. Our job was to create more of a mountain resort environment that met their family’s needs, was sensitive to rental use practicalities, and worked within a conservative budget. It received rave reviews by visitors and the property management company! Our work included layout plans, furnishings, window treatments, paint colors, art and accessories, plumbing and light fixtures.
