Niwot Remodel

After working with this family on two previous projects, there was not much we didn’t know about their tastes and desires.  So, after deciding to stay in their beloved neighborhood and extensively remodel their home, they turned to us for complete guidance.  We designed all interior details including fireplaces, stairs, tile, plumbing and lighting, custom window treatments and workspaces.  We consulted on exterior living spaces, as well as the building materials and color palette.

Many of their furnishings were still in great condition; so, we supplemented, as needed, with standard and custom furniture pieces.  Bedding was replaced to match the new décor; otherwise, we were able to save money by incorporating their upholstered furniture.

When on holiday, we were brought in to decorate their young daughter’s bedrooms in beach and fairyland themes.  Santa was very nice that year!
